Nestled in the heart of a magnificent, fully renovated 15th-century residence, which also houses the golf clubhouse, our restaurant welcomes you in a setting as authentic as it is welcoming.
With its two elegant dining rooms that can accommodate up to 100 guests and two large terraces open in fine weather, the restaurant can accommodate up to 200 people outdoors, overlooking the surrounding nature.
Elle magazine made no mistake: “A sense of hospitality and conviviality in a bucolic yet trendy atmosphere… The place is ideal for quiet family moments, business meals, or seminars. A unique setting, a rare address to discover.”
Our restaurant now offers two complementary culinary worlds to satisfy all desires: generous and accessible brasserie cuisine, and a gourmet menu created by our chef Florent Gourves, featuring fresh, seasonal produce.
Traditional Coast
The Elegance of Flavors
Under the leadership of our renowned Chef, our restaurant offers authentic cuisine, inspired by the great classics of the region, with a touch of modernity.
At La Sorelle, our motto is efficient and sincere: using fresh, seasonal produce, selecting the best suppliers, favoring short and local supply chains, and carefully cooking to capture the true flavor in every dish.
Through our menu, featuring our signature dishes such as beef fillet with morels in a yellow wine sauce or frogs’ eggs “like in Dombes,” the chef pays homage to the richness of our region. All dishes are accompanied by homemade side dishes, and of course, a selection of à la carte desserts to finish on a sweet note. An ideal place for lunch or dinner in an elegant setting, nestled between nature and a historic 15th-century building.

Brasserie Coast
Simplicity, freshness, and conviviality
Whether you’re a golfer fresh off the course or a visitor, our brasserie offers cuisine designed to satisfy both small and large appetites.
An ideal place for a simple lunch with friends, a meal on the terrace, or a gourmet break in the sun, in a preserved natural setting.
